Will this programme be suitable for me?
A short assessment will be done to analyse suitability where I look at your medical history, the current medications and supplements you are taking, whether you are pregnant or breastfeeding and any other relevant information. You will be sent a screening questionnaire to complete.

I am on some medication and supplements, would these new supplements interfere with that?
Some ingredients in supplements can interact with commonly prescribed medications, so it is important to inform your GP first before undertaking a new nutritional programme. We will check your current medications and supplements for drug nutrient interactions to ensure safety and advise you accordingly.

I am vegan, will this programme be suitable for me?
Some of the supplements on the programme does contain non-vegan products. Both Ultra Probioplex™ Plus and Nutrimonium™ contain vitamin D3 derived from lanolin (sheep wool).

What foods will I have to take out?
The main foods to take out are gluten and dairy which are common allergenic foods. We also recommend you to eliminate nightshade vegetables (tomatoes, potatoes, aubergine, peppers) which can commonly contribute to inflammation. You should also reduce refined sugar, processed foods, alcohol and caffeine.

Will these supplements give me undesirable effects?
Some people may experience the die off symptoms (of the gut bacterial overgrowth) while others do not have any symptoms. Reactions vary with each individual and can include headaches, fatigue, joint aches, abdominal bloating. You will be given guidance of what to expect and full support on how to manage it.

What if I struggle keeping to this programme?
You will be given help all the way through the journey. We can adapt and make adjustments to your supplement regime and foods too. We can also look at what other nutritional support might benefit you. If it means it takes you longer than 6 weeks to complete, that is fine too!

What happens after the 6 weeks is over?
I hope you will have taken away new healthy eating and healthy living habits to set you off on your forward journey and kickstart your healthy life. I also hope you will have understood about the impact of the gut on overall wellbeing to help you keep nicely fine tuned. I am always here if you want extra continued maintenance support.
