About me

About me

My name is Lamínn, and here's a little bit about me...

  • I graduated and qualified as a nutritional therapist/nutritionist after studying for 3 years at the renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition.
  • I am very passionate about leading a healthy diet and lifestyle and on a mission to help as many as possible improve their wellbeing through lifestyle medicine.
  • I am a curious person and my favourite question is 'why'. It is the 'why' that addresses the root cause of illness. Its more logical than just a 'plaster' on the problem.
  • Before nutrition, I practised sports massage and have over 10 years, literally 'hands on' experience of helping alleviate people's aches and pains.
  • Before nutrition and sports massage, I was a management accountant for many years, working for media, publishing and charity companies.
  • My motivation is always to helping others and bring ease to suffering.
  • I like to practice yoga and mindfulness meditation.
  • I also love dancing and enjoy watching Strictly!
