Improving my pace

This morning woke up feeling pretty heavy and achy and sleepy, but something in me pushed me to get out of bed and do the 9am PE class with Joe (which I have been doing every morning since it started and that maybe my motivation - thanks Joe #PEwithJoe).
This warms me up and makes it so much easier to head out for a run. The sun is shining, its clearer on the roads, I have no excuse so I head out.
Did 4.6 miles and was pleasantly surprised I managed to improve my pace. The past 4 runs (last week 3 runs) has been an improvement in pace knocking a few seconds off each time.. horraaayyy!.. This keeps me motivated.. and nothing like a morning run (ok I wish I could get up earlier to do a sunrise run ..one day..) to make you feel energised and fresh.
Especially at a time like this when it's so easy to feel a bit blurghhh.. and kinda out of sorts.. keeping your mind and body healthy is soooo....important. For me that comes from running, it sure is my medicine.
