- Can't commit to a full programme at the moment and want a one off mini consultation
- Want some basic help and advice with your diet and lifestyle
- Want to decide from this mini consultation if going onto a full Wellness Journey programme is right for you

3) Sign Terms of Engagement agreement (pdf download) - sign, date and email back to info@intrasymphony.co.uk
4) Complete online Health Questionnaire allow approx 30 minutes to complete. Please submit at least 48 hrs before the appointment.
