- COMING SOON.. Nutrition and healthy eating advice..
All the massage treatments are tailor made to suit the health need of the client. Your first visit will start by going through a consultation form. This consultation time is FREE, as you will get the full treatment time for the session duration you have booked. Therefore at the first session, please allow an extra 15 minutes, so if you have booked 60 minutes, please allow 75 minutes.
In the consultation we will talk about your health, go through your medical history, and areas of concern and decide the type of treatment that would be most beneficial for you. We can then begin your journey into well-being.
